About Kathy

Kathy McGill Scarpone has always had a love of anything to do with the law. She worked for Polaroid Corporation for over 30 years with experience in the areas of logistics, Corporate Training & Development where she was Managing Editor of the internal course catalog (certified in Dale Carnegie and teaching train-the-trainer and time management courses). Her last job in Polaroid was Master Production Scheduler in the Film Division. She graduated from Northeastern with a Bachelor's in Business Management.

Once leaving Polaroid she ventured into other areas where her administrative skills were needed. Her expertise in communication and love of all things creative was a perfect fit in maintaining the office website and office Facebook.

She often does blogs on her personal Facebook to reach out to those who may need information regarding probate administration.

What she really enjoys is educating the general population in all things probate. She has learned so much about wills, trusts, power of attorney, health care proxies, and estate planning. She's had recent experience with her own family with regards to probate and estate planning needs when Alex and Amy came to the rescue.

She goes out into the community to find venues that would benefit from learning all about probate law and schedules Alex and Amy to do presentations in local senior centers, retirement communities, churches, and libraries, etc.

Kathy comes from a family of eleven and she is dedicated to help educate those who would really benefit from knowing how to plan ahead and be prepared.
