In the field of probate administration, you have to be very careful. There are attorneys out there who churn cases for fees, create controversy to justify it, and act aggressively as both a part of strategy, and to help fund their cases. (e.g. petitioning to be paid by a trust they are bringing suits against). Be weary of those who tell you all sorts of ways you can do this or that, and get more, get revenge, get over...and all it's going to end up doing is making 15-25K for the lawyer. Choose your attorney carefully, our office policy is grace and truth.
