Human nature. Something time shows you. Everything from the man who called every day to get his will done; how it is, and you can't get a hold of him to get him to sign. The people who came in for a consultation, and leave figuring with what they learned, they can do it themselves. The people who get cheap do-it-yourself wills and health care proxies when the costs involved are significant enough that spending 1-2 thousand would be the smart thing to do just to make sure. The relatives who can't agree on anything; that one brother or sister who has to get his, and doesn't care about anything else.
Practicing law, particularly involving estates, gives you, whether or like it or not, a PhD level of education in people. You see plenty of sin - (self-inflicted nonsense).
