People don't know that ignoring something doesn't make it go away. A family may have had parents, who die, leaving siblings. Now one wants to sell the house, get some money. Did you know you're going to have to probate two estates to unblock the chain of title to make the property ready for sale? Or maybe you're the brother who has a 25% interest, and the one with 75% doesn't want to sell. You cannot be too prepared; although many are too anxious and worried. The antidote is make arrangements, go forward, and have a law office be here who can safely see you through. That's why I'm concentrating in the field of probate administration.
