It is presently enjoyable to take this section and make the office blog section more "personalized". The office brochure says a unique name, a unique practice, a unique approach. So be it.
Probate administration is something many lawyers would say they do, but few would say they concentrate on it. Each big, high-brow firm has a section within it that does.
The ironic part is that now, with the Uniform Probate Code Rules, an attorney who concentrates on that, trains a staff to take all the courses, get friendly with all the clerks, and has a working computer, can probate estates that the lawyer shows on TV say will take months, many thousands, and hours of time. And do it quickly, at a reasonable cost, with as little hassle as possible.
I believe it's God's ultimate choice who I get as clients. I'm hoping for people and families who are themselves genuine and sincere. I'll have the joy of knowing that I was able to see people through a tough time in their life and be able to make a living doing it.
