Important announcement!! We will shortly be adding to the site - a research tab that will let you download PDF's of articles we've searched for and discovered that may educate you in particular dimensions of probate law. You can click the research tab, get an index, and download for review at your leisure. Beforehand, what we'd like to know is if there are any particular items of interest you would like included. One person wants a complete rundown of what a proper will is. (That's because they thought that if you just wrote something down, and had it witnessed, you'd be OK. Not so). More sophisticated and affluent people may want estate planning tips. I'll put up stuff after I go to a special symposium on estate planning on June 18th. Educating the consumer/client is important to us, and the more we provide little "extras" the greater the hope that you'll want to promote the website and the video to others.
