It is important to note the proliferation of Legal Zoom type sites, advocating forms for cheaper prices that you can use to draft your own will, trust, or whatever. Be careful. This office dealt with three people who had used them; and the instruments were defective. The money they spent at best was an education. It provided no solution. If these things worked, I'd advocate for them. But no two states are alike, and you can't help but be better off if someone who HAS all the templates can tailorize it to your specific situation, knowing from experience to think one step ahead.
