One of the dreams of my practice is to see Kathy succeed as Marketing Director. To take something she knew little about (law/probate/wills & trusts), and engineer a campaign to have people come in to get help, seek services, be relieved of their anxiety, would be an achievement. As a God-fearing man, I’d believe it to be His hand on her, and this office.
She would also be an inspiration to her generation. To out of the blue take what skills her life has provided, and use them with imagination, savvy and creativity, to accomplish visible results – that would be proof positive that His Grace can do all things.
It would also be living witness of how we can recalibrate our lives, sometimes in spite of ourselves, by Grace to find a window open after the door shuts. How many of us need hope and inspiration when our jobs fail, our skills are no longer needed, the industry we are in goes, or whatever else.
The only thing certain about life is it’s uncertain. And finite. My father told me in grammar school “Trust God, do the best you can.”
What a story of that Kathy is. Remarkable!!
