People don't have to be on the far side of 60 to be thinking of a will. Recently, a young early 40's couple needed a will to ensure who would take over the raising of their children if something happened to the both of them. Are there grandchildren you want to put money aside for? It needs to be structured properly. Yes it's hard to face the reality of your eventual passing. But that is far easier than the mess your loved ones may be left with if no arrangements are made. Plus, if definitive enough, you can pre-empt what could be sibling rivalries over who's getting what, so and so gets what they shouldn't, etc. Planning is always the best way to go.
