This blog is a bit different. It's not like some probate lawyers you would read; containing essentially arcane descriptions of legal terms (e.g. power of appointment) or specific probate legal facts (the need for two disinterested witnesses and a notary for a valid will, etc.).
Different entries, like this one, are personal; in part, because of the nature of the area of law - probate administration involves being aware of the grief cycle, the outbreak of sibling rivalries, et. al.
One, for instance. The office is very excited that Kathy, who posts the blogs and handles the office Facebook, was able to field reviews from her niece and nephew about me about probating their father's estate. He died without a will. It's heart warming to read their reviews, and edifying to Kathy to know that she made the right choice in recommending this office.
My father always used to say "you have to have a knack". In the field of wills, trusts, and administering them, the estates without an instrument, it's truly gratifying to hear and read that people say "they've got the knack".
