Human nature. Something time shows you. Everything from the man who called every day to get his will done; it's done, and you can't get a hold of him to get him in to sign. The people who come in for a consultation, and leave figuring with what they learned, they can do it themselves. The people who get cheap do-it yourself wills and health care proxies when the assets involved are significant enough that spending 1-2 thousand would be the smart thing to do just to make sure. The relatives who can't agree on anything; that one brother or sister who has to get his, who cares about nothing else. Practicing law, particularly involving estates, gives you, whether like it or not, a PhD level of education in people. You see plenty of sin - (self-inflicted nonsense).
