Must report I just returned from the most valuable MCLE Seminar I have ever gone to. In 1990's, went regularly enough to be both asked to be a panelist, to getting free courses from volunteering for Southwest Middlesex Legal Services. EVERYONE 40 or older needs the basic documents (HCP, POA, Will, Homestead). Everyone over 60 needs a consult on how to deal with the future, win, lose or draw just to Be Prepared. (Boy Scouts - think younger - remember, YOU gave this advice to your kids - or should have).
