Had people in recently who have to deal with a niece who is, so they see it, not respecting her aunt's wishes, and acting like self will run riot. Her power comes from Health Care Proxy and a Power of Attorney. Reviewing them shows them flawed, perhaps not even usable, but damage has been done. The prospective client herself drafted them off of some legal document website.

In this case, there are no witnesses to the power of attorney. It is attackable, but enough time has passed that this niece could have already drained accounts.
It is worth the investment to have lawyer generated documents. That's why this office exists; to offer quality with affordability so people won't cut off their nose to spite their face for the sake of saving a few dollars.
