Once again we're finding that NO ONE seems to understand how important it is to have a will - PARTICULARLY if you own any real estate. The cost of a will is more than offset by the cost to you of getting a license to sell, which you need to sell the property, even to a family member. It PAYS long term to invest in the will. That all these on the Office Facebook, or the personal Facebook that these blog posts appear are not responding is disheartening. All we're attempting to do is educate, inform and warn. We use the Boy Scouts motto of BE PREPARED because if it's what teenagers are being taught; adults should follow it themselves. The vast majority of people near our office - Franklin, Norfolk, Foxboro, Sharon, Norwood, Walpole, are ticking time bombs in the sense that someone dies unexpectedly, or becomes incapacitated and unable to create the necessary documents.
