Putting things off is the natural human tendency, and all this office can do is get help from Kathy and others to preach to people the message of the Boy Scouts - Be Prepared. So many watch the members of the family suffer pain and aggravation because there was no will, people let time lapse, property went unmaintained....a host of problems. People buy insurance. They face the reality of passing and having something to leave. Why not sit down and secure the simple basics that will enable you to be ready for that stroke, operation, diagnosis that we think will never happen to us, but it just might, so why get stuck.
